Welcome to My Midlife Mix — a space created for women who want to feel clear, strong, and truly good again in midlife and beyond.
I didn’t arrive here with a master plan. I arrived with questions.
In my 40s, I started noticing changes I couldn’t ignore — brain fog, stubborn weight gain, constant fatigue, and a body that no longer responded to the things that once felt effortless. Like so many women, I was told some version of “that’s just part of getting older.”
That answer didn’t sit right with me.
What followed wasn’t a quick fix — it was a season of learning. I began paying closer attention to how hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindset all shift in midlife — and how small, intentional changes could make a meaningful difference.
Little by little, I built my own mix: realistic habits, supportive tools, and mindset shifts that worked in real life — not perfectly, but sustainably.
As a former teacher, I’ve always believed in breaking big ideas into small, understandable steps. That’s how I approach midlife wellness, too — thoughtfully, practically, and without overwhelm.
Today, I feel more energized, clearer-headed, and more like myself than I have in years. I share what I’ve learned here so you don’t have to sort through the noise alone — and so you can build your own mix with confidence.
